This is a very interesting project because we had to relocate the kitchen, creating a new, more spacious and personalized place.
We completely changed the wall where the window is by eliminating two windows that were previously there, we changed the electrical system, we completed a half wall with drywall (where the stove is located), we installed a new floor, we made the cabinets, we installed the wall tiles, we changed the lighting and painted everything.
It sums up easy, but it was a great effort with an excellent payoff.
We carry out a total transformation of a basement. The client needed to create a basement apartment, for which we carried out the design and development of the entire project.
We did the framing, two rooms were created, we installed the electrical system and the pipes for the bathroom. We installed the laminate floor, and ceramic floor for the bathroom.
There was also a structural reinforcement with a column, a renovation of the staircase and the base paint finishes.
The bathroom renovations are one of the most requested, this time, we demolished everything and started from scratch. We installed the shower and the other components of the bathroom, we changed the electrical system for the new lighting.

For this phase of the project, the renovation work focused on the first floor, for which we did almost everything you see in the images, walls, ceiling, floor, and the finishes of the kitchen and rooms.
